We used to start every day inside five systems. Now an agent hands us one brief.

This is the AI agent that runs inside Surphmore. It reads five systems overnight and writes one brief before the workday starts. It is the clearest proof of the agentic AI we build for clients, because we run our own mornings on it.

The problem

Running the company meant opening five separate systems every morning, each with its own login and its own noise. The pipeline, the leads engine, the finances, the calendar, the support queue. None of them said what actually needed a decision that day, so the first hour went to a tour of dashboards instead of the work.

What we built

An AI agent that reads all five overnight and writes one brief. It is an AI, and we are plain about that: it pulls yesterday's activity from each system, sorts what moved, what needs a decision today, and what can safely wait, and lays it out in a single document. The brief is on the desk before the workday starts, every day, and no one runs it by hand.

How it works

The agent runs on a schedule while the office is closed. It reads each system, summarizes the day's changes, and ranks them by what needs attention rather than by which tool they came from. Routine noise is held back, decisions are surfaced first, and the whole thing is assembled into one brief and delivered before anyone logs in. It is the same agentic pattern we build for clients: software that does the reading so a person spends the morning deciding.

The outcome

The day now starts with one document instead of five dashboards. The things that used to fall between systems get surfaced in one place, and the first hour of the day goes to real work rather than catch-up. The agent doing that reading is a small version of what we build for clients who are drowning in tabs.
