We got tired of renting four tools to do one job, so we built it.

This is the CRM that runs our own sales. We built it because the off-the-shelf stack was expensive, fragmented, and still could not do the one thing we needed most. It is also the clearest proof of what we build for clients: we run our own company on it.

The problem

Renting a modern sales stack means a lead database, an enrichment tool, an outreach sequencer, and the CRM itself. Four subscriptions deep before the first call gets made, and the bill never stops. Worse, none of them could do the thing our sales actually depend on: find a local business that has no web presence to scrape in the first place.

What we built

A custom CRM with an AI engine bolted to the front, and the engine is the point. It scans the local map for businesses with no website, builds each one a real preview site before the first call, scores the fit, and writes a deal sheet: what to sell, why, and what to charge. Then it drafts the outreach. A rep opens the queue to a researched lead with a finished site already attached, and starts dialing instead of starting from a blank row.

The outcome

Around twenty researched leads land in the queue every day, each with a preview site built and outreach drafted. Rep hours go to conversations instead of research and data entry, and the whole pipeline runs on software we own outright rather than four subscriptions we rent, which is where the replaced cost comes from. The system doing that work is the same one you are reading about, so you already know it ships.

Want something like it?

A CRM shaped to how you actually sell, or an AI engine that does the research your team keeps not getting to, is squarely what we build. See custom software and AI automation, or the other systems we've built.
